Goodbye Belkin!

Today was a very sad day for me as I had to wish a teary farewell to my Belkin N1 Vision Wireless Router! It had been there for me every day for the last 4 years serving my home in silence. I never had to wonder of it’s presence as I woke from day to day…ever vigilant it was always on its guard! Then today at precisely 4:38 p.m. (CST) it passed away without so much as a glitch or a plume of smoke. One moment it was here and the very next instant……………..a deafening silence pierced only by the beacon of light from my laptop that was angrily displaying “Network connection not found”!

So today I wish a tearful goodbye to my faithful Belkin as it makes its way to that great network in the  sky!
